Returns & Refunds Policy

No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Accidental purchases
  • Shipping delays outside of our control

Please review sizing information and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or contains a printing error, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To report an issue, email fallsarrival@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or misprint

Once we review your claim, we may offer a replacement item or refund at our discretion.

Claims submitted more than 30 days after delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will review the issue and provide a replacement if appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Color preference changes
  • Change of mind
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have certain consumer rights under applicable law. These rights will apply where required by law.
